Where does love live?

There once was a young person that was having a hard time coping within his own existence.

Then entered a man of great presence into his life.

They met once a week, sometimes more, depending on the state of the young person. Over the course of time, the young person flourished, and grew from his once withered state of being to leading a life that was now in full bloom and promise.

He got married. Started a business. Then another business.

For all of his good fortune he thanked God time and time again during his visits with the man.

After a period of time, the man stopped visiting. Shortly thereafter, sadly, the once young man lost his one business, then the other, and then his wife left him.

We can't catch kindness in a net or a gun. When kindness is given to you, it's by choice. One must adopt an attitude of gratitude.

The person never acknowledged the man (also a child of God) for his life changing influence and care. He never recognized that his abundance of good fortune was provided in part by the advice and care from the person who nurtured him with his knowledge and guidance.

We should all pray, be thankful, and especially thank those who choose to make and take the time to help us. A thank you goes a long ways. An acknowledgement at the very least. For love lives here.
