Our Essence
What Makes Up Our Essence?
It doesn't matter where it is coming from or what its physical traits are. The physical appearance is nothing but only a label we perceive and mentally create about other living beings. What is a factand really determines the well-being of each one of us and how far we get, in each moment, originates from something deeper; our essence.
Our essence determines our personality, the way we see ourselves and therefore the way we feel and perceive others. The good news is that this essence is malleable and therefore we can alter our well-beingwith a free-of-prejudice and correct thought.
Life is the way it is. It is perfect and harmonious with its essence. Life will never change its nature to please our satisfaction. Nevertheless, regardless of who we are and where we are coming from,all of us have the blessings and capacity to change whatever forms our essence by what we think, with a positive mentality and therefore the right attitude.
Once the essence we have formed is in harmony, we will achieve our well-being and harmonize with the perfection of life.
