I came up with this phrase after the craziest year of my life. My love of 3 yearsbroke up with me, I graduated high school and my closest friends and I went ourseparate ways. I lost my best friend to overdose of heroin, lost my grandmotherto cancer, and tried to find a job. When I did get a job, my manager verballysexually harassed me on a daily basis. I was on the verge of going to doctor andtrying to get prescribed to some anti-depressant just so I could be happy. But oneday I painted an awesome painting and labeled it "The Road of Chaos leads to Freedom".To me this phrase means: On the long journey of your road through life, you are goingto come upon some of the most chaotic things you will have to go through. But afteryou have overcome these mind tangling problems, you are going to be a stronger personin the end. At the end, whatever way you interpret, you are going to be free of thestress. You will reach your freedom and will be such a stronger person.

I wrote this when one day I realized I didn't have to let others who are judgmental and problems that come and go affect me negatively. I just realized I can learn from my mistakes and help others along the way. I am 1000% confident in myself and loving life. I just want to help others realize life can be good if you blow off all of the jerks & devastating things that can happen on the path of life. Those people are only being rude because of their own insecurities. I realized it's MY life not anyone else's so I'm going to stop living it the way they want me to & start living it for me. And if you have a 'friend' being a jerk or being unbearably negative, make sure they know how they're making you feel. If they persist, tell them why & lose them and say that until they change you don't need them bringing you down because they're putting an obstacle in your way. Live life better than you could ever imagine!

I was going through a really hard time recently. I was upset and moody all the time. I took everything so seriously, and was on edge all the time. I woke up one morning and decided, "Why am I like this? I hate myself. I want to be more laid back, and not so edgy all the time. Starting now, I'm going to make myself into a better person. I'm going to be living with myself for the rest of my life, so why not have a decent relationship with me?" It took a while and I'm still in the process of bettering myself, mentally. But you just have to have the motivation from within to make things happen.
