"FOR LEADERS"

"A leader uses his brain, heart and gut in unison. That is unison of reason, emotions and courage. (Unison means working together, and at the same time). This results in Action and not Reaction. This is illustrated by an example from an epic battle, a battle of Right versus Wrong, of the Pandavas versus the Kauravs. Arjun, the courageous and brilliant leader of the Pandavas, is overcome with emotions. He suddenly realizes in the battlefield that he has to fight and may have to kill many of his family members, friends and people whom he admires in this battle. Emotions take center stage, and reason and courage take back stage. Unison snapped, Arjun reacts, the leader falters, leadership falters. Remember, Leadership is working in unison of reason, emotion and courage."

Simple concept and we go through this everyday. In leading myself, in the investment field, I have found that when I work these 3 in unison I am a winner and a process is established.

Success is simply subject to the matter of devoted efforts by which results turn up as a positive outcome and combats the need to become or achieve the No.1 position in each situation. The best performer (SKY STAR) wants their efforts to be converted into how they RANK.

"Leading is not about putting a dog on a leash and going on a journey; it's about setting him free, throwing the bone, and letting him run with it."

I came up with this quote because I'm a leader of an organization and it takes a lot. I have to choose my cabinet members and a lot of times they follow me, (when I'm here) but when I'm gone, they don't do anything. So next time, when you try to lead someone, don't lead them, but rather give them a challenge and see what they do with it.

In my life, I watch many people who just talk and talk and don’t take action. I wrote this thought while thinking about it.
