"A ray of sunshine gracing darkness is what I consider you to be. You radiate intelligence and you give it so willingly. Therefore, it is no surprise that I am able to face the world with confidence because you share the abundance knowledge you have with me. A pillar of strength is what you ought to continue to be. Unquenchable fire of knowledge and wisdom is staring you in the face. Put on your polished armor, go on gracing the Innocent with the 'light', making it come alive in them."

"Your words alone can make a difference whether they're used towards life or in death. Your words alone can produce life or action whether it is positive or negative. If your words are not nurtured with the right positive, motivating, inspirational or uplifting care they could become cancerous and spread causing harm/pain to those who listen. Treat your words with the most positive care, Allow your words to be as seeds you plant with great joy and watch them grow producing positive, motivating, inspirational and uplifting life or actions."

"During several interviews, which I faced as a candidate and in later life participated in as an expert, I felt that we needed a course-correction. Many a times, I found that we were trying to prove that we were superior to the candidate in terms of knowledge. There is no need to do so since it is an accepted fact. If we did not have expertise, we wouldn't have been invited to quiz the young men and women sitting before us. The correct approach is to bring out the best in the candidate and then assess his or her suitability for the assignment on offer. This is only possible if we adopt a pleasant and helpful attitude and encourage the applicant. The challenge before an expert during a personal interview is not to prove his knowledge or expertise, but to help a candidate show his or her true worth. What is more detestable is for us to go with a pre-conceived bias for or against any candidate. It reduces the personal interview to a farce. Let us be honest and conscientious evaluators!"

"Success is like an event, such as marriage, that is planned meticulously till the last ceremony is over. Unlike marriage, which is a day's event, success is a journey with continued planning and achievements."

Planning is the most important activity for any event to be successful. Interestingly, people avoid planning to save time without realizing that every 10 minutes of planning saves about an hour. Planning also reduces chances of errors and prepares one for ensuing challenges. People do not plan to fail but they fail to plan is proved true for most failed ventures.

"May God bless the world, not just America. We are all human and still live on the same planet. We must be considerate of others who don't have the opportunity to live the lives that we may live in this country."

We cannot continue to live like this in a closefisted world where the majority don't seem to care about others but only for themselves. The world seems to get worse everyday and that's not how we want to live. Get out and help someone, even if it takes going to another country. We all need help; may God bless us all.
