ONLY A MOMENT AGO

August 25, 2003

It was only a moment ago I was a child.
It was only a moment ago I was a teen.
A moment ago I bought my first car,
Got my first career.

It was only a moment ago I was married
It was only a moment ago I had my first child
A moment ago I watched them grow
Got my first grandchild

It was only a moment ago I retired
It was only a moment ago I traveled places
A moment ago I was so young
Got my first Great Grandchild
It was only but a moment ago.
