You Need A Plan

Are you afraid of heights? There's a name for it: Acrophobia. Like other specific phobias, acrophobia is treatable with a psychological therapy called exposure therapy, according to the Cleveland Clinic.

Once you can recognize the fear, anxiety, and stress that erupts in situations dealing with height, a whole new world of possibilities opens up for you.

Why? Because your phobia is treatable. Some treatments help you cope when in a situation that scares you.

Knowing this, it would be silly not to take advantage of some form of corrective action.

So, how do you get around your fears? Do you look at them and examine them, or do you think you must live this way forever? Have you thought about how different your life could be if you could cope with the fear and not let it wreck your life?

Everyone has something they are afraid of, and we all have the opportunity to do something about it. The question is, will you or won't you? Will you be a victor or a victim? Remember, where there is a will, there is always a way. Be creative and find a way to overcome or become friends with your fears.
