The First Step: You Have To Believe You Can
From the bottom of my heart and the experiences of my lifetime, there's one thing I would like you to remember this year: You're not alone.
You're not alone in the hard moments, the struggles, or when it feels like you've hit rock bottom. We've all been there, and how we handle these situations internally and externally will define our mindset in these moments and those to come.
No matter what challenges come your way, I know that something greater than you is guiding your path.
Can you lean into that, believe in it, and trust that what I am saying is true? Can you swallow your fear and ask for help or offer it to someone who needs a helping hand or open heart to get them through their moment of doubt or pain?
It's been said that we rise often by lifting others along the way.
So, I am asking you to keep going forward and believe that you are stronger than you ever thought possible and that the best parts of your story are still waiting to unfold.
