When Do You Finally Trust Yourself?
I've been thinking about instincts lately.
For me, the tricky part isn't hearing my instincts - it's whether I actually listen. Has that ever happened to you?
Sometimes it shows up as this tiny whisper, almost easy to brush off. Other times it hits like a knot in my stomach that won't let go.
And here's the thing - I've ignored it before. Every single time, I wished I hadn't.
When I listened, even if it meant walking away or saying no, I eventually saw why it was the right call.
That inner voice doesn't always give you the full picture, but it knows enough to protect you. It's like a warning light flashing before you even realize what's wrong.
The question is - do you trust it enough to act?
Because each time you do, you're backing yourself up. You're choosing to believe in your own wisdom. And that's where real confidence comes from - knowing you can trust yourself.
