Finding Gratitude Within Every Moment
Here is something I've noticed about life... have you noticed it too?
There was a time when I looked at life differently.
I wanted to understand why certain things happened. Why some doors closed. Why some moments hurt more than I thought they should.
It took me a while to realize that I was spending too much energy wishing things had been different instead of appreciating what those moments were giving me.
I wasn't always grateful for the lessons life was trying to show me. Some of them took mistakes. Some took time. Some took a little pain before I was ready to understand them.
Today, I see things differently.
I am grateful for the things I received, but I am also grateful for some of the things I didn't.
The choices I made, the ones I got right, and the ones I didn't, all became part of the journey.
Maybe that is what it means to truly feel life.
Not pretending everything is easy.
Not wishing away the hard parts.
Just accepting that all of it is part of being human.
And maybe that is enough reason to be grateful for today.
