What changes when you finally choose yourself and your time?
Let me share this with you, just like we're sitting across from each other.
As you grow and try different things, you start to figure out what actually works for you. Not what everyone says should work... but what feels right in your own life.
For me, I've learned that real connection matters. Face-to-face when possible. If not, at least hearing someone's voice. There's just something about it you can't replace.
I've also had to get honest about my time. It's limited. Yours is too. So I started paying attention to where it was going... and who it was going to. Not everyone deserves access to you, and that's okay to admit.
And then there's confidence. It's not something you magically wake up with. It comes from trusting that you can handle what shows up. Even the uncomfortable stuff. Especially that.
So I'll ask you the same thing I ask myself... what have you learned lately?
Because those lessons? They shape everything moving forward.
