Do you always give more than 100% in all you do? I have to admit, I don't. And you know what? It's hurt me.

Sometimes I get distracted and give in to it rather than focusing on the task at hand. When doing so, I find my procrastination causes me to lose momentum and I have to start where I left off and regain my motivation.

I've talked with others about this. They also said that it's not unusual, especially if you are a creative person and have a lot of interests, but you can't make a habit out of letting distraction knock you off course.

What have I done to maximize the time I do have to work on my goals? I've set boundaries on who, what, when, and where I will spend these hours during my work day.

Maybe if you find yourself in a similar situation, you will come up with ideas that might work for you.
