Baltimore Ravens fan Matthew Jeffers knows what the word disability means to many people. Short in stature, yet big in a positive attitude, he also knows that life is unfair and that you can't control it. The one thing we can all control and that's our attitude.

Today, I share a video of the email letter he sent to the Ravens. Often fan mail is just put in a folder, but for some reason, Coach Harbaugh was looking at submissions and started to read what Jeffers wrote. He was taken aback and inspired by Matthew's words and decided to pass the email on to his team.

I hope this video inspires you too and that you check your attitude daily to ensure it's on course to help you through whatever comes your way.
