Do you ever notice how fear kind of fades when you're actually doing the thing that matters to you? Like, not the stuff you're supposed to do, but the thing that pulls at you?

Today's quote stuck with me. Made me think about how often we play small, even when we know there's more in us. I don't know why we do that - maybe it just feels safer. But every time I've pushed past that and actually used my strength, even just a little, something shifts. The fear doesn't disappear, but it loses some of its grip.

It's not about waiting to feel strong. You just start. You move. And that movement? It builds something.

So if there's something inside you that's been waiting for permission - maybe this is it. Use what you've got. You don't have to be loud about it. Just be honest. Be present.

Your strength is already there. Let it speak.
