Our Lives Are Always In Flux

Change is weird sometimes. One minute you're cruising, and the next, everything's different.

Sometimes change shows up out of nowhere, and other times, you're the one who goes looking for it because something in you knows it's time. Either way, it shakes things up. And honestly, I've noticed the more I try to fight it, especially the kind I didn't ask for, the harder it hits.

Not all change feels good and when that happens, it doesn't mean you can't handle it. The key is reminding yourself, "I've been through stuff before. I made it. I grew. I can do it again."

Change opens doors, even the ones you didn't know were there.

So stay open.
Stay curious.
Ask, "What can I learn here?" instead of, "Why me?"
Keep breathing through it. That one breath? It helps.

You're not supposed to have it all figured out. Just take the next step.

One step at a time, you're becoming someone stronger. Someone wiser. Remember and tell yourself, "You got this."
