When You Felt Grace

Grace is one of those things that's hard to put into words, but you know it when you feel it.

It's that quiet moment when someone sees you struggling, not just with life, but with yourself and they don't try to fix you or change you. They just sit with you, without judgment. That's grace.

It doesn't have to be big or dramatic. Sometimes it's just someone letting you finish your sentence, even if they don't agree. Or giving you space to figure things out. Grace shows up in patience. In listening. In choosing kindness when frustration would be easier.

We recognize grace when we look back and realize someone gave us the room to be our full, messy, human self... and didn't walk away.

So how do you practice it? Start by noticing. Catch yourself before reacting. Breathe.

Can you give someone space today to think, to feel, to grow, instead of rushing to correct or control?
