What Will You Let Go Of?
Some stuff we carry, we don't even talk about. We just tuck it away, hoping it'll stay quiet. But it doesn't. It leaks out - in how we feel, how we speak, how we show up for others.
And yeah, it's easier to run. A lot of people do. From pain, from memories, from anything that reminds them of what still hurts. But what if today... you didn't? What if you stopped for a second, just long enough to face one small part of it?
You don't have to fix everything. Just notice it. Name it. That's where healing starts.
Truth is, there comes a point where carrying it all just gets too heavy. You know that weight - the quiet ache that's always there. But you're not stuck. Not really. You can let go. Not because it's simple, but because you're tired of holding it.
Let a little light in. Make space for something softer. Peace, maybe. Or joy. Happiness isn't lost. It's still there, waiting on you to stop running and turn around.
You've already made it through the hardest part. Now it's time to rise. Not perfectly. Not all at once. Just with enough courage to say, I want to be free.
