Think about this: are you living today or replaying yesterday on a loop? I've asked myself this question as well.
The past happened, yeah, and sure, it shaped you. You can hold onto the lessons but don't get stuck there. It's not the place to live because you can't edit old scenes, only write new ones.
What would it look like if you stopped giving energy to moments that no longer need you? Maybe it's forgiving yourself. Maybe it's saying no to something that once mattered but doesn't anymore.
Start small; call a friend, drink water, take a walk. This minute, is yours. Use it.
Make one choice today that serves who you're becoming, not who you were.
Life isn't waiting back there. It's here, now. Not perfect, not predictable, but full of chances to grow.
And it starts the second you decide to look forward.
