I've realized I'm an observer. Maybe that started back in my bartending days.

You learn a lot watching people when a few drinks loosen the truth. Someone would say, 'I'm fine,' while their actions told a different story. That stuck with me.

Words can sound right. Behavior is the real signal.

So sometimes I quietly ask myself: do those two things line up? And just as important... do mine?

Because the small things we do reveal more than the promises we make. If someone watched your actions this week, what story would they see? Does it line up with what you say matters most? If not, how stressed out would you be and what could help you?
