Have you ever noticed that most people never realize exactly how powerful they are, and I don't mean physical strength. Think about times when you were scared, terrified; some form of bravery got you through. Something deep inside of you came to the rescue.

Talented? Of course, you are, but it takes about ten years or so for the average person to become an expert at something, and that's only if they continually practice. Ask anyone you know who is an expert, and I'm sure they will confirm how long it took for the expertise to become a reality. As always, there will be exceptions.

How much further could you be if you believed in yourself, knowing deep down inside you are capable beyond what you can ever dream of now.

We put ourselves in boxes, limiting our growth and potential, and feel the security of the four sides even when we know it's time to get out and explore. Do we resist because we think it's safer to stay the way we are and where we are? Time will tell.

Consider this for today: Look in the mirror, thank yourself for all you've accomplished in the past, be excited about what you are doing today, and look forward to what tomorrow could bring. Be ready for the opportunities you will create, with confidence and determination.

You have a lot more going for yourself than you know. If you can believe in other people, there's no reason you can't believe in yourself more than you ever thought possible.
