Ignore Doubt - Keep Moving

Ever notice how some people go out of their way to point out why you won't make it, or why your idea won't work? It's loud, it's heavy and it messes with your head if you're not paying attention.

But here's something to sit with: their words don't define you. They just reveal what they believe about themselves. Maybe they stopped believing in their own dreams a long time ago. Maybe fear got the best of them. That's not your fault, and it's definitely not your path.

So, what can you do?

First - breathe. Then ask yourself, Do I believe what they're saying? If the answer's no, don't carry it. Their doubt doesn't belong in your backpack.
Second, check in with your why. Remind yourself why you started, why it matters.
And third, take a small step forward. Just one. Let your actions speak louder than their doubts.

You don't have to argue, prove, or explain. Just keep going.

The people who get it, will. The ones who don't? That's okay too. Not everyone needs to understand your vision. Just make sure you do.

Keep showing up. Keep moving. That's yours and no one can take it.
