Maybe The Answer Isn't More Thinking
Overthinking... have you ever caught yourself doing it again and again? Turning the same thought around in your mind like it will magically give you a different answer?
I think most of us do it more than we realize.
Why is that? Maybe part of it is impatience. We want clarity now. We want results now. We want life to hurry up and show us what's next.
But life doesn't really work that way.
Some things need time to grow. Some answers only show up after we've lived through a few more moments. When we keep trying to force everything to make sense right away, all we really do is drain our energy and cloud our thinking.
What if, instead, we allowed a little more space for things to unfold?
Not giving up. Not ignoring problems. Just trusting that not every step has to be figured out today.
So the next time your mind starts spinning, pause for a second. Take a breath.
Ask yourself... am I thinking this through, or am I just chasing control?
And if it's control, maybe that's your signal to loosen your grip just a little.
You might find that the answers show up when your mind finally gets quiet.
