What do you aspire to do? Have you set up your plans? What steps do you take each day to ensure you have the best chance to attain them?

Sometimes, looking back at where you started, where you are today, and what you need to do in the future can bring clarity to your goals and aspirations.

Today's "Something Extra" is an article about how successful people achieve their goals by a well-known Leadership expert and speaker, Tanveer Naseer. The article starts off this way:

Tanveer then shares a story about Warren Buffet and his pilot. I found it very fascinating and on point. The solution Warren Buffet provides to the pilot: a simple exercise to help him focus on what matters to him.
