Waiting Is A Trap
Are you a results-oriented person? I am, yet at times, I still procrastinate. When I wait too long to start, I find myself in a "hurry up" mode with a bit of anxiety trying to play its game with me. Has that ever happened to you, too?
If you want and need to do something specific, do it now. Your excuses or reasons may sound hollow, even to you, when you wait. Remove those must-dos off your plate as quickly as possible so that you can live fully in the moment without any distractions you caused yourself by procrastinating.
