Are you a leader, follower, or a renegade? I am a combo of all three; most people are.
Sometimes, some of us lead by example and push that envelope with innovative thinking, going outside the plan. Others like to follow quite nicely, seldom rocking the boat, and when they do, it works for them.
Finally, there are the renegades; you know us. We are known as trouble makers when we are problem solvers and solution providers. We must go against conventional wisdom because it's not working and seek change. It's not an easy life, many times, but this is who we are.
I hope that no matter how you see yourself, you see the greatness within you. Can you hear the music within you now? Which beat are you leading, following, or creating?
