You Are Not Your Mistake

Yeah, I've made mistakes - said the wrong thing, trusted the wrong person, took the wrong path. Some passed quickly, others forced me to sit and face them.

Some mistakes? Weirdly, they end up being gifts in disguise. Like, "Wow, that turned out better than I planned." Others? They slam the brakes on fast, like life shouting, "Not this way!" That's your gut stepping in, trying to get your attention. Listen to it.

The ones that stuck? Those were the ones I learned from. I had to ask, "Okay... what now?"

Nobody gets through life mistake-free. It's part of being human. What's not okay is pretending they didn't happen. That's how we end up repeating them.

The goal isn't to be perfect. It's to grow. To notice. To do better next time. And if you mess up again? That's okay too. Just don't stop paying attention.
