What Are You Looking At?

Look for what's going right. Something is; it's out there. When you focus on even the smallest thing that works, it creates momentum.

Let go of negativity; thoughts, deeds, or actions that no longer serve you. You already know what they are, so bless them, release them, and free yourself from the burden of carrying around what you do not want. Many things in your life are working... wonderfully.

The challenge is that we sometimes overlook the good because we're too busy searching for the "news of what happened in the world overnight."

But be brave. Take an honest look at your life. Notice what's working for you and ask yourself how you could build on it.

After all, if we're really the designers of our lives, why not design it with intention? Make it loving, funny, adventurous, and meaningful.
