Happy Monday! What opportunities are waiting for you today? How will you meet them?

Yesterday, four quarterbacks battled it out, leading their teams, using all the ability they had to focus and execute the strategy put in place. The goal? The ultimate reward is to decide which two teams will play and become the winner of Super Bowl LVI.

These teams came prepared with a book of plays, a plan, and a strategy to rule the day. Knowing how and when to use them made the difference in the final score of each game.

You are the quarterback in your life. Not every idea, dream, or goal will come into reality. You have to have multiple options to pick from to develop a plan, try your assumptions, and see if they work.

You operate professionally too, just like those teams. With dedication, practice, willingness to do whatever it takes, and a desire for excellence, you stand a much better chance of success than someone who happens to want to do it without preparation.
