Be Hopeful With Everyone

Today's quote could be an Irish Blessing, but it's a universal message to all of us. When you give others hope, you activate one of the most powerful tools in anyone's life toolbox. Hope can sustain a person as they navigate life's known and unknown adventures. When you are hopeful, you can see and believe multiple possibilities exist.

The American Psychological Association has a great article on Being Hopeful, why it's good for you, and how to become more hopeful.

The article starts off this way:

"Hope is associated with many positive outcomes, including greater happiness, better academic achievement and even lowered risk of death. It's a necessary ingredient for getting through tough times, of course, but also for meeting everyday goals. Everyone benefits from having hope — and psychologists' research suggests almost anyone can be taught to be more hopeful."
