Let's face it, most people don't like change, especially if it wasn't their idea.

Jack Welch use to be CEO of General Electric, a huge company that has gone through massive change over the last 30+ years. Many times he was called upon to make changes in the organization, to slim it down, get rid of unproductive business units and reduce the size of the workforce. It wasn't easy to do nor was it easy for those affected.
