Today, can you take 5 minutes and just focus on being hopeful and optimistic? I know your current situation can be rough and maybe taking a toll on you.

Hope is a powerful feeling. It can bring your mind to a good place and help you see what is possible. Maybe you believe that there is a Higher Power called God, Buddha, Allah, or some other name that I have missed. Maybe you don't. What I chose may not be your choice and that's okay with me.

One thing I do believe in strongly is the goodness of people and their ability to see the goodness in others. Right now our world needs that and we are seeing it in action every day. We have heroes and unsung heroes fighting the battle and however we can help them, it's ours to do.

While going through this turbulent time, please remember one really important thing to do - find a reason to laugh! Find something funny to bring those endorphins to a higher level, so that the hope we feel is stronger and active.
