It's been said that patience is a virtue, an admirable quality to have. Like any other quality or skill, you have to constantly practice while learning new tips and tricks to improve your level of expertise.

Are you a patient person, or do you need to work on that skill? Patience is not something that comes easy to most of us. Little annoyances creep into our lives, and we often react not in the best way. It happens to everyone. So what can we do? How can we act to relieve the tension healthily caused by these irritations?
