Have you ever found yourself in a situation where your heart is broken and someone, who doesn't know this, is just rude or mean to you? Or that's how you perceive it? You can't believe this is happening to you and your first reaction is anger. But what are you angry about? Is it the person who appears to be rude, or is it really something else?

We have expectations about other people and their actions. They don't always fit in with our reality at the moment. People make mistakes; some are intentional, others are not. And sometimes we have expectations that others can read our minds, right? Or they should be able to, but they can't.

When we are upset, we don't always think clearly. We react many times with less grace than we would otherwise.
