Love Is Worth Experiencing
Some of the best things in life are things we never saw coming.
Love. I've been thinking about how much it can bring into our lives.
When you love someone, you know there's a chance things won't work out the way you hoped. You can't control how everything unfolds, and you can't protect yourself from every possible hurt.
Yet, some people love with their whole heart. They don't spend their time worrying about what might happen. They're too busy enjoying what they have with that person.
I understand that feeling because I've experienced it myself. I knew there were risks, but that wasn't all I knew. There were wonderful things ahead of me that I couldn't possibly have imagined at the time.
And that's what stays with me.
Before you experience something, how can you really know what it will mean to you? You can try to imagine it, but sometimes the reality turns out to be so much more than anything you pictured.
I suppose that's one of the things about love. You never get to know the whole story before you begin living it.
And sometimes, the parts you never saw coming become the ones you're most grateful for.
