Sometimes Courage Begins With Moving Forward
Sometimes you don't realize how brave change can make you.
I've been thinking about how strange it can feel to let go of something familiar, even when you know it no longer fits.
Maybe you've felt that too.
We get used to people, routines, plans, even ways of thinking. They can feel safe simply because we know them.
But what happens when life changes before we're ready?
Over the past 18 months, I've had to find out. A change I never would have expected forced me to let go of things I thought were secure.
I didn't exactly leap with confidence.
Some days, it felt more like I was stepping into the unknown and hoping I'd land somewhere okay.
Looking back, I'm noticing something I didn't understand then.
Sometimes courage isn't about knowing what comes next. Maybe it's simply being willing to move when staying where you are no longer feels right.
