"It's not getting out of the box, it's getting the box out."
Written in 2007 by Hingdranata Nikolay --- Indonesia
Been dealing with numbers of clients in therapy and training down the years, and come to that conclusion. People say to think and feel outside the box, but for some people it's felt and looked impossible because they have boxes inside of them. For me, the boxes are inside, NOT outside the man. The limitation is self-created and self initiated. So, rather than the man getting out of the box, which presupposes that the man is inside the box, the more useful way to express it is that the man is getting the box out of him, which presupposes that the box is inside the man.
