Each moment keeps passing by, taking along with it - onwards with an accentuated velocity, the most precious element of time clinging onto its grasp. The essence of making each moment count is to appreciate life and its splendor & the most valuable assets that all of us have been fortunately bestowed with. Each and every one of us has the ability to achieve excellence in each and every facet of our endeavors consistently. As each moment weaves and leaves its impressionable footprints onto the canvas of time, let each and every one of us learn to cherish and value this priceless treasure that we have been endowed with and ensure that each and every moment is constructively invested / expended, whether in thought or whether in action. Our conscious and unconscious beliefs create and shape our whole lives. A belief is really a constantly repeated thought, just as a habit is a constantly repeated action. It's easy to get stuck in certain ways of thinking, a certain mind-set, and before you know it you're living Groundhog Day!! Thoughts are very powerful; beliefs are like magnets attracting things, people, events and experiences that resonate with them. Many of our 'beliefs' have been deeply engrained since early childhood and yet still we can't understand why our lives aren't working as adults.
It's time to "change your mind". Nothing is set in stone. Once we realise what's happening we realise that we've been creating our own mess. This realisation is the start of something new, fresh!! Like Gandhi said "you've gotta be the change you want to see in the world".
The most important thing to remember is this: You Get What You Focus On. The universe or cosmic mind will deliver every time - but it works like an internet search engine. For example if you type in the words 'I don't wanna be poor', a search engine recognizes the word 'poor' and will display pages concerning poverty. Likewise if we constantly focus on anything negative we will attract this into our lives. It took me a long, long time to realise that this is where it was all going wrong. For ages I felt stuck, paralyzed, until I understood that it was because I'd been concentrating all the time on the past and on the situation I "didn't" want to be in. I was just attracting more of the same every day.
Life goes forwards, never backwards. Always imagine what you do want to see happen, not what you don't! What you want more of, not what you want less of. Don't think of how to get rid of failure or misery, concentrate on success, luck and joy!! Forget about fear, shame and guilt - focus always on love, peace and truth. It's really just like bringing a candle into a dark room, the light automatically dissolves the darkness.
Be a magnet for positive healthy-wealthy things. The past is dead; accept it. But you can create the future each moment. Just be aware. Intend sincerely, focus clearly - and like the window cleaner on the 97th floor said, "Never look where you don't want to go!!"

Many times, when life throws a curve, we as humans tend to want to give up hope for a better tomorrow. I personally wrote this quote and it has helped me get through the tough times.
